A well-respected global real estate advisor retained CODA to perform a Property Condition Assessment prior to arranging for financing for the Streeter Place Apartments.  The building is located at 355 East Ohio Street in downtown Chicago. Rising 54 stories in Chicagoʼs central business district, the 480-unit luxury high-rise development has a gross area of approximately 765,000 square feet with 455,000 square feet of dwelling unit space. Dwelling units featured thoughtful floor plans, refined finishes, stainless steel appliances, and energy efficient floor-to-ceiling windows.
