CODA performed Property Condition Assessments for a portfolio consisting of seven Class "A" office buildings encompassing 1.17 million square feet in West Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley, in California. CODA prepared individual PCA reports for each property and the engineering due diligence was completed within two weeks.

The 28-story, 483,607 SF office building is highly recognizable by its distinctive design elements that include highly detailed granite, marble, and mahogany materials. A real estate advisor retained CODA to perform a Property Condition Assessment of a Class "A" high-rise office building located in the central business district of Chicago, Illinois. The building contains 1.75 million SF in 51 stories, and is clad with a custom unitized aluminum curtain wall system with insulated vision glass, stainless steel trim and column covers.
